1.Who we are

This website (elliezhu.com) is operated by Ellie Zhu Therapeutic Services. We are based in Beijing, China, and provide play-based services, the PEERS® social skills programs for children, ADHD and executive functioning coaching, counseling for children and adolescents, and parent consultation. 2.What we collect

When you use the contact form or send an email, we receive: your name, contact details (email or WeChat), the service you are interested in, and a short message.

Please do not include any medical, diagnostic, or health-related information in the form or in your message.

We do not use website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

3.How we use your information

Only to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about services. We do not use it for marketing.

4.Storage and international transfer

The website is hosted on Netlify (servers located outside China), and email is routed through Cloudflare. Your information is transferred to and stored outside China. We take reasonable security measures to protect it.

5.Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share necessary data only with Netlify (hosting and forms) and Cloudflare (DNS and email routing).

6.Retention

If no service relationship is established, inquiry information is kept for no more than 12 months and then deleted. Professional service records are handled according to the Informed Consent Agreement.

7.Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to hello@elliezhu.com, and we will respond within 15 working days.

8.Minors

This website and its contact form are intended to be used by parents or guardians. Please do not provide medical or diagnostic information.

9.Information and confidentiality in service provision

This policy applies only to information collected through this website. Information gathered during service provision is governed by the Informed Consent Agreement signed before services begin. Client information is kept strictly confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality follow the Ethical Standards of the Chinese Psychological Society for Clinical and Counseling Psychology.

The entire site uses HTTPS encryption in transit, and access to information is kept to a minimum.

11.Policy updates

Updated versions will be published on this page. Significant changes will be highlighted in a prominent place on the website.
